Madhu obtained his PT degree from MGR University. He has over 23 years of health care experience and 18 years with long-term care and is active in APTA. Madhu has lead Paragon Rehabilitation for almost 12 years and has directed Paragon Rehabilitation’s  growth from a small company providing contract therapy services to 6 facilities to a company that now successfully partners with 117 long term care facilities.  Paragon Rehabilitation is lead by Madhu’s expertise in contract therapy operations, his ability to critically analyze financial data and his own experience as a Physical Therapist practitioner.  Madhu leads with the philosophy that by providing ethical, compassionate and quality service to our patients, success will follow.

Paula Rabbeth, OTR/L, CTL

Paula was promoted to Area Manager in May of 2009. In 2000, she graduated from Spalding University in Louisville with a BS in Occupational Therapy, and from Bellarmine University with a BS in Economics. She has experience in outpatient, pediatrics and geriatrics. Paula has 10 years of clinical and 8 years management experience in rehabilitation facilities, including the Program Director position at Glen Ridge Health Campus in Louisville, KY. Paula has focus in lymphedema management, NDT, positioning and documentation, and has even developed courses on documentation with approval from the Kentucky Board of Occupational Therapy to award CEUs.

Andy Wagner, PT, ATC

Andy obtained his masters in physical therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. In addition to his physical therapy degree, he is also a Certified Athletic Trainer. Andy has been in health care management for over 10 years with experience in hospital-based inpatient and outpatient, acute care, long-term care, and private practice as well as new business. His regional operations experience includes the Midwest and New England. He is an active member of the APTA and OHCA. At OCHA, he services on several committees focusing on improving our industry. Andy strives to promote individual accountability and ownership for leaders to whom he provides support. He believes quality care is a combination of great customer service, proactive communication, and state-of-the-art clinical care.

Kristen Macy, MS, OTR

Kristen is a resident of Indianapolis, IN and gained her Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration from Indiana University. She then went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in occupational therapy. Kristen has experience in several settings, from inpatient rehab to First Steps. However, she has spent most of her career dedicated to the geriatric population. Kristen has a passion for rehab and seeing patients regain their independence. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and Indiana Occupational Therapy Association.

Mindy Lankenau, OTR

Mindy, a resident of Northern Indiana, has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare arena, with over 20 years of management experience in rehab settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. Mindy's expertise in accrediting and regulatory agencies includes CMS, CARF and Joint Commission. Her expertise provides the background for coding, billing, documentation, reimbursement and clinical programming. Mindy calls upon her extensive experience with Medicare and the fiscal intermediary process of medical reviews in skilled nursing facilities to reduce the number of denied claims and achieving successfully appealed payments. Her focus is to ensure quality programming and 100%-compliant documentation. Mindy graduated with departmental honors from Indiana University with a degree in occupational therapy. She is an active member of AOTA & NASL.
