In addition to managing the program clinically and operationally, Paragon Program Directors also have responsibility for marketing these services to referral sources with support from Paragon's Director of Business Development. In markets where we currently operate, Paragon has had great success building strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, neighboring facilities you may want to partner with, and community organizations such as the Arthritis and Alzheimer's Foundations. These marketing efforts are always closely coordinated with the marketing efforts of the host facility or campus.
